I want you to love your personalized gift from Sweet Deal For Real!
However, unexpected things can occur.
This policy explains when and how you can return items purchased on my website.

Due to the personalized nature of my products, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items. Please contact me if you have any concerns about your order.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the custom nature of my items, I do not accept returns, but contact me if you have any issues.

Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom engraved items (they're one-of-a-kind)
  • Sale items (discounted deals are final)
  • Gift cards (can't be redeemed for cash)

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same pristine condition you received them, complete with tags and original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • If you received the wrong item, documentation highlighting the discrepancy is necessary.
  • Damaged items.

Starting a Return:

  1. Important! Don't send anything back without contacting me first. Initiate a return by emailing me.
  2. I'll review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Remember: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon arrival. If there's any damage, defect, or you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately.
    I'll work swiftly to fix the situation.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get the perfect gift is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

  • Once I've received and inspected your return, I'll notify you of the refund decision.
  • Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow processing time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
